The Expanse

I have not seen the complete series. I have the last two chapters of the last season left and I have saved them for a special occasion. I don't want a world where I don't have any episodes of Expanse left to watch. I am like those readers who save a novel by Galdós, Dickens or Baroja for their last days.

And to be sure that there is something left in the world that will surprise them. Expanse is the best science fiction series ever made. Better than none of Star Trek or Battlestar Galactica. Series that I love. It portrays a possible world, of technological advances and human miseries. Of struggles for power, image games... But at the same time it is a feminist series in the best sense of the word. Where I don't need to tell you how women are, it just shows it.

Don't present us as perfect beings, nod presents us as real beings and shows us a society that is no longer sexist. A society that is bad for other reasons but not for that. Some of the women who appear in the series, Specifically two are, two of the best female characters I've ever seen. And I have to say that one of them reminds me of a sister. The characters in expanse are real characters in a fictional world. People who are forced to choose between the bad and the worst. That they must continually make difficult moral decisions. The most is that in the series there are men who decide to spend their whole lives by the side of a woman, but when their wife disappoints them they leave her. And then you see that the same thing happens to a man. And any womens at expanse has the rol of sexual toy. Maybe , and only maybe, one men has that role. I like Expanse because I love space stories, but if they are intelligent much more.

The only thing up to it was reading the Foundation, and please don't even think about looking at the rubbish that Apple has made with the Foundation.
